2. Not a Covered Entity or Business Associate

Healthsnap and Clutch Labs, Inc. are not covered entities or business associates as defined by HIPAA. The App does not claim to be HIPAA-compliant, and users should not use it to store, transmit, or process protected health information (PHI) in a manner that requires HIPAA compliance.

3. Data Security and Privacy

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, but we do not guarantee that all transmitted data is encrypted or meets HIPAA security standards. Users are responsible for protecting their own sensitive health data.

By using Healthsnap, you acknowledge and agree that you will not upload, store, or transmit sensitive health information in a way that requires HIPAA compliance. If you require a HIPAA-compliant solution, you should consult a qualified provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

Healthsnap and Clutch Labs, Inc. shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of health-related information shared through the App.

6. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this HIPAA Compliance Policy at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
